If you're going to buy at least buy Direct: This company belwo tells you upfront if it is used or not! And are a uch bigger player and reputable!

I would be cautious buying 10's of thousands of dollars of equipment from WESTEND SOLUTIONS that promises a warrenty on a piece of paper but has no manufacture to back up this warranty.

I have done business with West End Solutions for some time and they always treat me with respect. They have helped my company with many project, and never sold me fake product. We had issues with a dell laptop after we bought it, and the dell warranty replaced it when they could not fix over the phone, so the warranty is good, just like they said.
I dont know what this Mark guy is talking about, but I would ignore him. West End Solutions has been great and I look forward to doing business with them again.
