These people promised me so many things, including a prompt launch of their beta in March 2012. They took my money and haven't talked to me in 6 months, while i was overseas, i came back to find out from multiple sources that they have burned through the entire 6 million in capital, WITHOUT EVEN LAUNCHING! When i asked them for my investment back, they said to me "we can't refund your investment, we have no money!"
In the agreement they made with me i was supposed to get my money back plus 15% within 1 year. It's been 1 year. Furthermore the police are now involved as will be lawyers, i would be surprised if the investors don't stamp this fly out of existence. The sad part is, i really believed in him and Jasleen, however, after i found out they were lying to me and other investors about the state of the company..... i started to dig. This is what i found. 1. Multiple ex-employees are suing Winnol and Param Personally for things ranging from "Investment fraud" to "Sexual Assault/Harassment"
2. Every single high level business contact that anyone attempted to bring to Winnol, Param himself ruined as a relationship for the individual that brought them in.
3. This man claimed to be worth "Millions", but he isn't even worth 1 million after i had an FBI investigator do some digging.
4. He is currently using my investment money to fight a lawsuit from his previous company
5. He has no patents, and lied to me saying he had 50 patents.
The list goes on... you get the point, i'm simply writing this from one investor to another, don't make my mistake.

Hello all, i couldn't help but hear from all the other people at Winnol that there was a Ripoff Report. After gathering a lot of information... I have come to one conclusion. I will be contacting every single investor that i know personally,and we will file a lawsuit against the company. If you do invest now, i thank you because that will be some of the money we sue for and recover from the company. It's sad that it had to come to this.

Dear Upset Investor and or Fellow Past Employee,
We all had high hopes for Winnol. The vision sounded great. We initially didn't realize that it could never be executed as stated.
The passionate hype was captivating. I invested serious money and almost gave over my entire savings. The huge financial reward promises didn't happen and couldn't happen. We didn't realize how foolish and vulnerable we were.
I'm deeply sorry that my initial excitement rubbed off on you and others. Bottom line, we are all dealing with a large financial loss and a vast loss of precious time.
Many of us are also dealing with a terrible personal loss of damaged and destroyed relationships as well as severe personal embarrassment for misleading ourselves and others in the never ending promise.
Furthermore, those who were sexually assaulted are dealing with even more tragic issues that will likely never be resolved.

Yes the list goes on. I was enticed by Paramjit, Jasleen and Dr. Daryl Tempkin who is the third head of this snake and many others to invest and be part of the office. Slowly came to know of the many wrong doings of the so called "team" of Winnol. Not sure how these people sleep at night knowing they have conned so many people. It makes me sick to my stomach when I think that I probably will not see a penny of my investment back, but do hope sooner than later they will be locked up. Pray for Justice.
