This comes as no surprise to me that the rebuttal is stating the woman was "let go", "fired", etc. it's easy for a company to say that the former employee was disgruntled, usually not the case.
Furthermore, I worked for a Wireless Zone and rather than record customers, they opted to sell an unsuspecting customer a Blackberry Bold (which comes with a leather holster & travel adapters) remove them from the box & resell them back to the customer.
Like most wireless independent retailers, you are all criminals! Shady, deceptive, the adjectives go on & on. Not an ethical bone in their bodies.

There is no audio recording or monitoring of any kind in this store. The mic is not hooked up. This report is written by a former employee that worked/works for a competitor and was let go recently. She has been advised to remove this report immediately. I hope for her sake that she can move on and find a job that she will be happier at. This is pathetic and sad.
