X hose Cheaply made, doomed to fail, cannot last, good as disposable, garbage Internet

I received the hose after ordering from television. I paid 30 something dollars for the 50 foot length plus shipping and handling. It has plastic connectors on each end, but they should hold up some-what. There is a 90 day return for the cost but not shipping. I used the hose to water some plantings outside twice and sometimes 3 times a week. I went to use it the other day and got nothing but a hose that leaky hose where it connects to the outlet. The internal hose part itself seems to have disconnectedness letting the water outside of the lining and not into the hose itself. It was never taken off the connection. Or shifted and abused. It just broke. Of course the money back guaranty 90 days has just passed 16 days ago
