Your Ad TV Your Text TV Keith Muchler Ripoff Scam Artist Targeting Small Business Owners Saint Petersburg Florida

Your AdTV aka, Your Text TV owned by Keith Muchler rips off small business owners, promising advertising and never delivers. I have paid over $500.00 with the understanding of a 15 second commercial supposed to be played in local establshments such as Beef O Bradys and haven't seen my ad play once in 3 months. I tried to request my back but everytime I call Keith Muchler he says he is too busy to talk and he will call me back but never does. I have sent over 15 emails and text messages and finally got a reply telling me the agreement is in writing and I should have read the fine print at the bottom....

He continues to charge my credit card after I told hime more than 10 times I want to cancel but he says the agreement clearly states the cancellation policy, and I need to give a 30 day advance notice before I can cancel. It's my repsonsibility to call me credit card company and dispute the charges but I will not recieve any refund because the AD was supposedly built and aired. I have never seen any advertisement. I am planning to take Keith Muchler,  Beef O Brady's, Winghouse and any other affiliated restaurants to civil court- I have already filed a complaint with the county clerk and city hall against Beef O Brady's and Keith Muchler.

 This guy is a crook and a scam artist. I have already talked to more than 3 other small business owners who have also been had by him and we are discussing a class action lawsuit with some lawyer friends.
