Ziegler Chiropractic Dean Kevin Ziegler, D.C. Dean Kevin Ziegler is a Criminal, a Fraud Allentown Pennsylvania

Take a look at part of Dean Zieglers (Trump) self written report....  Clearly contridicts and shows his continued FRAUD and attempts to cover up his history of deceit....  Documenting coming from an Emergency Room, and it is the day following an adjustment at his facility. 

And more proof of how much of a terrible, sorry to say, "doctor" he is.  He suggests there is a potential fracture of the vertabrae in the lumbar spine area.  And his treatment plan for that is a gonstead procedure, which is a forceful adjustment.

YEA!!!  HE IS A FRAUD AND AN IDIOT!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Fact: There was never, ever, anyone whom I have treated that ever went to an emergency room, period. This is a lie, a defamation, and fabricated story; unfortunatley not only do I know who wrote this ficdtion, I already took him to magistrate court, where the verdict was, 1. wrong venue when I tried to sue him; 2. other magistrates do not recognize internet posts as harassment. There is corporate law, coming soon, regarding the fictitious reiew of a competitor's products and services, done intentionllay, to try to wrest business from an estalbished company. Until this law is settled, the limited resources a district magistrate has cannot be utitilized.

I have saved lives through blood pressure checks, reduced pain levels for many many patients without using drugs or surgery. Furthermore, I have testified in countless court cases to help people who were injured through car accidents, or in one instance, a very severe work accident at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. I stand by my service and dedicaiton to my patients.

John Eric Blum  has a history of commenting in fake personas. I do believe he is uner investigation by the FBI for illegal wire tapping my office; at leat that is what he brags about in his many rants and tirades. I wish him well.

 Judtin Haas, lmt, John Blum's partner, was fired by me for hurting a patient. Mr. Blum filed a false complaint against me to my state board, of which I was exonerated. He was sued by me in a district magistrate court. The judge cited that I had a wrong venue, and dismissed the case on those grounds, only. Mr. Blum felt empowered, and has posted over 150 blogs defaming me.

Unfortunately, there is no case law for criminal harassment regarding false reviews, under fictitous names in the internet, yet. Mr. Blum has penned over 5 different personas, an example is the second report here. Please ignore Mr. Blum and his petty vendetta against me. I wish Mr. Blum well, and to seek counseling for his demonstration ofsociopathic tendencies, illusions of grandeur, and paranoia, in my humble doctor opinion.

I had heard of the rebutal that questioned the accuracy of the initial report.  I too was a patient of  Dean Ziegler and I talked with John on many occasions.  John was basically their collecting information to report to governmental agencies about the actions of Dean Ziegler after his fraud charges.  It seems he was still up to his old tricks.

And for the rebutaler, here is information on Dean Kevin Zieglers charges you calim John was being ignorant about.  He indeed does his own billing.  See a pic of a post he did where he brags about doign paper work.  He can not afford someone to do his billing for him.  After being charged, admitting to, and going to jail for Fraud (a Felony), he wasnt even able to make mortage payments on his business/home and its up for sheriffs sale (see pic):

I had realized Dean Kevin Ziegler was charging my insurance for services he didn't do.  Mostly, when I went in for massages, he would also bill for an exam (which he didn't do).  At most, if anything, he would say hi while he was sitting in front of his computer.  There was one theraist, a  lady, who for some reason would brag about how she was getting paid under the table.  That was rather annoying.  I even saw Dean Kevin Ziegler give her cash following the massage.  Is everything thing he do fraud??

But I was done for good after receiving one of his adjustments which I never thought they were doing anything for me.  Maybe he just wasn't good at it.  Well, he didnt do me any favors.

The next morning following one, I woke up with the WORST pain I EVER had.  I ended up in the emergency room.  They took an x-ray. I returned to Dean Kevin Zieglers office where he interpreted a Fracture in one of the Vertabrae in my lower back.

Needless to say.... I never went back to Dean Ziegler ever  again.  Do you blame me???  Do you think I should return for treatment  following what I went through.

Dean Ziegler is a liar and uses misdirection whenever he can.  He will say anything to try and take the focus off of himself, even lie about someone elses making them look bad in the hope of making himself look good. The judge and district attorney at his fraud hearing didnt even believe him (see pic). This "chiropractor" is a real looser. Can you trust the word of someone who commited Fraud? 

 Do yourself a favor.  Do Not Use Dean Ziegler as a Chiropractor.  There are so many choices in the Allentown Area.

 per usual, YOU have made it PERSONAL when that doctor DOES NOT do thier own BILLING!! Even a choropractor doesnt have the time to do all of that billing themselves. Which means there is a person hired to do it. THAT is the person YOU need to make this a personal attack against. YOU are basically levelling a charge of fraud against an innocent person!! Then on top of that we are all expected to just believe you with no proof of wrong doing other then what YOU SAY!! Real life is NOT Facebook!! YOU cannot just expect that YOU can post whatever you like and its 100% believable!!There is a very good chance that YOU ARE FABRICATING!! So until YOU can provide definative proof of wrong doing, it DIDNT HAPPEN!! All YOU have done is place a nice fat bullseye on YOUR back.
