A1 Janitorial supply Phony names...phony product...never ordered anything chicago Illinois

The accounting dept at the hotel I work received an invoice with my name on it for "Powdered Drain Opener"... "Quantity 10"  for $133.80.

Problem is...I never ordered this.

I called the number on the invoice...the recorded welcome message was automated...with a prompt to dial directory by last name. I Entered Marcus Finlay- did not find anyone by that name. I pressed ")" and got coneccted to "Carlos Rivers"...I asked to speak to Marcus Finlay..."I don't have his extension" was rply. "Can you get me in touch with somebody who can"?..."Hold On". I was coneccted to "Joey Romano" (got to love these made-up names)... I asked to speak with Marcus Finlay..."Um, ya...he's in another department...I don't have his extension.."...blah-blah-blah...

The ended up hanging up on my supervisor...they FAXED a UPS delivery slip. I have no record of receiving any product. "Joey" says I had a trial size shipped to me and I was suppose to fill out a product review and they would send me more product... I never got any of it.

Check invoices carefully for these scammers...I will give them credit- they are very persistent.
