AAA Seal Coat AAA Seal Kote Con Man Hoffman Estates, Illinois

Unfortunately, we were approached by Michael Filimoniuk of AAA Seal-Coat Corp in Hoffman Estates for driveway repairs and exterior painting. Though odd in character, we hired him after references he provided checked out okay.  He began work on our home and after day one, we knew we were in trouble. 

He was disorganized and completely unprofessional. His work was shoddy at best, so called repairs to our driveway and stairs are crooked and unfinished.  Initially he said he had all tools and materials needed for the job, only to find out he didn't and he kept knocking on our door asking for rides to Menard's for this or that.  (What contractor does that??) 

After asking for copies of receipts and promised contracts, he became more difficult and odd, ultimately walking away from the job, leaving our home in disarray.  He was paid in full for the job, and only performed a fraction of the work promised. 

You only need to meet this man once and you will never forget him.  Had we done a better search on the Internet we would have seen similar reviews that would have warned us about this so called business man and would have thought twice given his criminal background information.  

Sadly, the justice system leaves the burden on the victim to fight criminal con artists like him, and while we are pursuing every avenue available to us, he remains unaccountable for his actions and is walking around with a fat wad of cash in his pocket for work he did not complete.
