I found ABC MOUSE on line and it looked like a great learning site for my 4 year old grandson. We were on it for a few hours and I decided it was not the site that I wanted. They had offered a free trial for 7 days. I canceled the same day that I enrolled my grandson. One month later I was charged $7.95 on my Visa debit card. I went to cancel again and they demanded a service charge of $35. I canceled my card at the bank and had the $7.95 reversed for fraud. A few hours later I received an email from ABC MOUSE offering a discount price to cancel. I did not open their link to see the discounted amount because I figured there woild be a virus attached to the link. I did reply to their email that I was contacting Rip Off. FTC and Google advertising department. The email came back as undeliverable. I expected that it was also a fake email. Google has assured me that they will look at the information and probably cancel their ads on Google.
