BEWARE fellow consumers, there is an unscruplous deceiver liar trying to steal your money. There are multitudes of people and organizations trying to get your business saying they can show you how to make a lot of money. These so called financial advisors all have one thing in common which is to pull in many people to join their program and pay a rather hefty fee, in this case $895. per year. They offer Webinarss where s small group of their staff come up with recommendations for Options trades. To draw you in you are offered a 100% refund within 90 days. BEWARE!!!  It's a LIE!!!!

When my 90 days was drawing to a close, I called in to request my refund be processed and Josh who works with Adam told me he wanted me to try their other service and offered a very enticing deal but I wasn't interested but he wouldn't give up and said they were like family and wanted to take care of all of us who tried their service and after a lot of pleading on his part, I gave in to try it for a little while. I believe they did not have the money to refund because once they gather in their membership and collect money from everyone, there is no more incoming revenue. Even when I inquired to their secretary, who is an ablolute angel, whe said she would put all payments on hold until this refund was taken care of.

Soon thereafter I received correspondence from Josh saing I would receive a $400. refund and of course I argued and he and Adam finally said they would reimburse $500. as a refund. There is nothing showing they offer any type of refund so they make up whay they want. Even though I sent a detailed email arguing the 100% trial refund as advertised during the membership campaign, I never received a return e-mail. I did receive $500. I lost $395.  BEWARE!!!

Today I received a call from Adam Mesh explaining what he already described in his rebuttal indicating he had no knowledge I was upset with his business not refunding the full amount of the trial offer within the trial period. As I originally stated I believed a full refund was offered in his promotion as I NEVER sign up for any kind of service unless one is offered however despite what actually transpired Adam Mesh stepped forward and offered to refund the full amount today which is a true and sure sign of a gentleman showing good business practices. I am not here to refute anything he has written in his defense only to say sometimes we see and hear things differentlty and none of us are perfect. During the few times I was able to join in on the calls it was apparent he and his team were very attentive to the best interests of his membership.

He has promised me that by adding this message showing he was forthright in trying to make things right, he would send the remaining portion of the refund.  If anyone should read this and sees there is no further comments it can be said that he did what he promised and it held true that Adam Mesh is a man of his word.

Although this post happened in November, I just saw it now. I immediately called Andrew. When he joined, the event we had offered 1 year of a service for $895 where you can get $500 back in the first 90 days if you are not happy. The reason why I say $395 will not be fefunded is that there is a team of 3 traders on every call, so that is 12 calls over 90 days. There's also a full time support team for any questions or issues.

We also have an Option Academy which offers education every week via a webinar with 2 coaches. this comes free with OMM.

There are costs to all of these things so i believe that there should be charges for services provided. I am very clear about this on the call. Many of my events are published on youtube so you can see via recording that that my message is consistent and I did not ever offer something non-refundable.

If someone buys the service, we perform and then they ask for a refund without having used it, then I do think there should be a cost and I'm very open about that. 

At the time the amount requested was the $500 refund. The service made over $1,000 in the time he was a member. Even if you read the complaint, there is no mention of anything being wrong with the service, but I still gave back the $500 requested and wished him good luck.

I just now saw that I was called a liar, etc. 

Having dealt with over 3,000 subscribers in just omm and owm and over 10,000 across the board, my goal is always a spotless reputation.

I answer all emails and phone calls and people can reach me directly at 212-774-5977.

It's tiring but it's important.

As I've said before, i go to the top doctors in Manhattan and even they have abd reviews. it's the time and technology that makes this a reality. If you deal with enough people, you will find some that don't like you. My free emails reach hundreds of thousands of people so I'm sure there are thousands of people that don't like me.

All that said, I've been in business over 10 years, and you can see the # of complaints here. It's not even a fraction of a percent of my subscibers.

I didn't even know Andrew was upset about not getting the $395 back because my last email was the $500 credit and me wishing him well so I never heard from him again. 

But reputation is everything so I called Andrew credited him the remianing $395. I'm sure he will confirm shortly.
