 BioTech Medics, Inc.,  announced on Oct 28, 2014 that they have filed a formal complaint against Robert Spada an “Executive” with Advocacy & Collections Group, Inc., of Hollywood, Florida.

The Formal Complaint alleges that Robert Spada and Advocacy & Collections Group, Inc., have violated the Texas Debt Collections Act in that the company is not registered with the Texas Secretary of State and the Attorney General’s Office as a “debt collector” and have not filed a Bond with the State of Texas in compliance with the Texas Finance Code Sec 392.101.

Further the Formal Complaint alleges that Robert Spada and Advocacy & Collections Group, Inc., have also violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Act Statute Sec. 17.46 and the Florida Consumer Protection Statute 501.204 in making numerous false, misleading and deceptive statements regarding BioTech Medics, Inc., and/or its officers and/or shareholders and/or directors.

BioTech Medics, Inc., has also sent a USPO Certified Mail Cease & Desist Notice to the company.
