I have taken out several loans that were transferred to this company by the originators. The problem with this company is that they have very poor customer service. They even seem to go as far as intentionally making your payments late to increase their payment. I will explain.

when I originally started to pay my debt back they send a bill for each loan due (all on different due dates). When you go online to check the amount due they present a total due. I had 10 individual loans and 4 due at the time. I sent a check for the amount due for the 4 loans. When they recieved the payment they distributed it evenly to the ten loans and charged a late fee. They then called me the next month (I had no idea they divided my payment) to tell me they are reporting me to the credit bureau for late payment if I don't pay immediately the past due amount, plus a late fee. They told me that it could take 10 business day to figure out if they made a mistake and if I did not pay they would have to report me. Eventually after many hours on the phone (time that could have been used earning money) they corrected the problem, they did not offer to apply the money forward to the next payment or refund the amount I over paid for the month, but they would apply it to the principle. - I agreed as they can make a mistake once, right?

to make a long story short this happens frequently. About 2-3 times per year. Each time there is a new creative reason why it is my fault. Each time this happens it causes myself to be "responsible" for the extra payment or go into credit dispute (which I did once, now I lost my rate reduction eligibility), due additional tasks before I send a payment or pay in specific fashions.

If trying to pay it correctly is not bad enough. Sometimes the website will state this is the amount due for (what you anticipate is the month, as my payment amounts vary every month) is XX dollars. You pay it on the due date yet they don't always tell you that once you pay this amount another amount will pop up on the site the next day with another amount due.

Just for for fun I will tell you one reason why they sent me to credit. I had 2 payments due. One on the 28th one on the 30th. I made a payment for the total due (exactly as they displays it) they sent me to credit because I sent the payment in on the 20th. There reasoning, "you cannot pay your payment early". I will swear under oath to this statement.

Good luck if you take a loan or are serviced by them.
