Affordable Finance LLC Affordable Marketing and Staffing Inc., Pepsny Law, Richard J. Pepsny, Robert Liccardi Rip Off, Lie, Screw you over Colts Neck, New Jersey

Affordable Finance in partnership with Pepsny Law offered me assistance with a loan modification. Affordable Finance took $1670.00 of my money for this assistance. I was advised they used Pepsny Law as the attorneys office that would work on my behalf with my mortgage company to get the modification. After several months I recieved a letter from Pepsny Law that stated Affordable Finance did not have proper license to do modifications and was using Pepsny Law without authorization.

I contacted Pepsny Law who stated I would need to contact A Robert Liccardi at Affordable Finance for my money. That Affordable was using some of Pepsny's employees to do loan modifications on the sneak without approval or knowledge of Pepsny. Richard Pepsny advised me he files with the Attorney General against Affordable Finance.

I contacted Mr. Liccardi and he in turn advised me that Pepsny did have knowledge of the loan modifications and that he sent my money to Pepsny and I would need to get it from him. Mr liccardi also stated he was suing Pepsny Law.

It became clear that neither party wished to take responsability for their deception and I was never going to see my $1670 again. I did file a complaint on each party with the NJ Attorney General but never received a response.

Now I am 12 months behind on my mortgage since Affordable kept advising me not to send the bank any money. I am close to forclosure and my mortgage company said there is no help they can offer. I would never be able to come close to getting caught up with all the past due payments. All of this is thanks to Affordable Finance LLC and Richard J. Pepsny Law Office.
