air 1 moving @storage they broke my furniture@over charged me didnt get everything moved and driver said he charge more because he is more professoinal, Internet

they came too move me i have used them 2 other times now i moved out of a 6 bedroom house the first time,this time i moved out of a three bedroom they didn't get everything on the truck,broke my buffet,and charged me more money, he said because he is more professional then then the other my husband didn't argue just paid them,they wanted nails too fix the leg on my buffet,told him no, so they called someone who told them to bring it in it has a marble top so its heavy dont want them half fixing it and it breaks again,

called the office and man said dint he do the hours,told him the problem is i thought they charge by the move,not more money because he said he charges more because he is professional,then when you call them they put someone on the telephone who cant speak english well now your irritated because hes asking dumb question and your telling him the problem over and over problem not being address because he got the money,they aren't going to give me a refund what about my broken furniture
