All County Towing Security and business practices Internet

This company treats people like criminals.  They refuse credit cards only cash, although the receipt has a spot on it for check, M/C and Visa, exact cash, no change.  You must pay $124 not 125. They will not give change for a $5 or a $10.  Consequently the criminal must go somewhere to find the cash.  But at 9pm where does one find cash?  Some people are fortunate to have ATM cards.  The unfortunate must wait until the next day for a bank to open which will costs another $24.00 for storage, cash only, now the bill is $148.00 not $150.00.  They will not take the extra $2.00 as a gift you must have exactly $148.00.  Now remember the criminal is without a car so a taxi is required, they will take credit cards. 

The building is in a high crime area where the criminal is required to stand outside on the street with no protection against the rain, in the dark no lights, where REAL criminals are peering around corners and trees surrounding the pay window like vultures sizing up their next victim.  Once the criminal has paid the fine without due process he must now run the gauntlet around the corner, through the muggers, to another unlit, non-paved, alley way, where the criminal now must prove the payment to a faceless thug who will deliver the car to the criminal.  The criminal now must walk thru mud and ankle deep water to step into the car, quickly locking the doors before the muggers jump inside for a free ride, and then the criminal is free to leave the area. 

Lucky for me I can defend myself, but someday a defenseless person will have to go to All County Towing, then I am sure the police will have criminal report about mugging, assault, or even rape.  All County Towing must be responsible for the security of their victims.  They must be forced to make payment for towing as easy as buying at any other business.  We are not all criminals we just failed to read the small print that said no parking after 5 pm.
