All Pro West Abusive Manager Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania

Worst service ever.  Manager knows nothing about customer service or dealing with a customer with a problem.  I bought a car dolley and after I discovered that it would not work with the car I was hauling, I was told that after 3 days it was considered "used".  The manager made up some excuse that it was a registered vehicle, like a car, and could not be returned.  This was a lie.  When I asked about a written return policy he said that his word was the return policy, and if I didn't like it that was tough.  The manager then swore at me, refused to talk to me and then walked away.  This company and particularly the manager has no business dealing with the public.  Apparently, all he cares about is the sale.  There is no service or customer appreciation or a company that stands behind the product that he sells.  The price was reasonable, but being humiliated in front of other customers and the personnel at this business is unacceptable.
