Rusty Reek & Maria Harvick - Allied Asphalt & Concrete Rusty Reek advertises on Craigslist that he does septic tank installation, concrete work & asphalt. Maria Harvick is his girlfriend and owner of the company. They signed a contract with us. We gave them a check for $3000. They agreed to show up at the site the following day to do the work. They will not answer phone calls at 972-533-1038. (their business number) We are convinced this is a scam. They cashed our check immediately and we have not heard from them since. We see on the internet that others have been scammed by them as well. Mt. Pleasant Texas

 My family and I hired Rusty & Maria to do a job for us and we signed a contract stating all the work they were to do, in detail. They asked for half up front for materials as they always do. I know because they have done work for us many times in the past 3 years. They always show us receipts for the material and they always do us a great job. We will never hire anyone else and we highly recommend them, as we always do. I know of several people whom they have did work for and they also highly recommend them. They are the references that Rusty & Maria provided me when we first hired them. So I do not believe that for one second, that they ripped anybody off. Their contracts always state, weather permitting, and once contract is signed by both parties, if there are any changes, the contract is re-written. They always warranty their work for us and if we have had any concerns, they always come back like they said. So I would tell anybody to hire them for themselves and see with their own eyes that they do good quality work and they actually do return if u have any questions! Highly recommend them to anyone.
