I am not sure what normal customers experience, but this was my experience (as well as the experience of others who I presented the same "opportunity" to).

First off, READ the website.  They DO NOT offer a refund, only a 30 day exchange policy...that's if you actually get your clothes.

They are running this big campaign on instagram looking for athletes to represent them.  As an athlete myself, I was drawn to the idea of being a rep for a cool looking brand.  They ask you to email them your picture and instagram account.  Afterwards, you get a text from the CEO Albert that you are one out of 50 people to chosen to be an athlete (and supposedly they have had thousands apply).  Then he asks if you have any clothes (which I didn't), so he says that you need to have 6 items of clothing to be an athlete.  Then he goes on about how the company is a multi million dollar company, how they have a pro football athlete they just signed, etc.  Sounded like they were up and coming and their clothes look cool, so I bought 8 items.  He says you are on a 2-week trial period starting when you get your clothing, and he wants to see how good you are at making sales, so he gives you a discount code to hand out to your friends.  He says "customers come first, so it may take a little longer to get your clothes."

That was in August, and it is now November.  So this dude texts you all the time (as well as the other athletes) saying stuff like "we aren't seeing good sales from you athletes, time to step it up and show us how badly you want this...blah blah blah".  He texts the same stuff (worded a little differently) multiple times a week, it's like groundhog's day.  He expects you to rise up and make all of these sales for him, but doesn't provide you with the clothes so that you can actually get excited about the product, and show your friends.  Supposedly they had a problem where they lost inventory in transit with customs, so that put a delay on when we would get the clothes we ordered.  But about 4 weeks ago he told me it would only be another couple weeks.  I'm still waiting on my clothes, and I can't ask for a refund because of their refund policy.  The reason I mentioned the texts is this, I think this company and the dude Albert running it are all BS.  Everything he says is BS.  All of his texts say the same thing; "this is your last chance, we are only holding this offer open to be signed as an athlete, you only have until tomorrow to make sales and that's it. Tomorrow is the deadline."

He always sets these deadlines you have to make sales by, and this is your last chance, but then after the deadline there's a new deadline and a new chance to get signed.  While in the mean time, he never sends you your clothing and never says anything about when the clothes will come.  I've just accepted that he's never going to send them.  My friends who also signed up with him have also experienced the same thing, so I am not alone in this.

If you read up on the guy Albert Arcuri, there are other rip off reports from other businesses he has done.  This business is no different.

DO NOT do business with Alpha Wear Fitness.  BEWARE!
