Alternative Real Estate Michael/Stacy Cushey/Anthony Rude Stacy Cushey on May 6 2015 received $750.00 from me for contract and promise to fullfill purchase of real estate. Anthony Rude on April 28 2015 received 250.00 from me with intent to place a bid on property in the state of Alabama with my real estate agent. My agent was unable to place the bid because Michael could never get the correct paperwork completed correctly. My final conversation with Michael was on July 4 2015 stating he has phenomia. I saw online (Craigslist) help for being able to purchase real estate

I have been actively trying to buy property, but because I have never had credit, my score was below the 620 required for a conventional loan anywhere.

On April 27, 2015 I saw the ad and called Alternative Real Estate. Michael answered and told me there would be no problem in acquiring the property that I sought.

All I had to do was send him $250.00 to secure the contract and he would email the contract to me.

On April 28 2015 I sent him the money through PayPal. The name that came up on the statement was Anthony Rude. When I questioned him about it, he said that that was one of the partners and that it was OK.

He said I needed to have a real estate salesman in the state of Alabama I told him to use mine that I had been working with for awhile.

No problem.

On June 6 2015 I notified Michael that I had found property.

He informed me that the remainder of $750.00 would need to be sent in order for the security of the bid on the property.

I sent him the money by Paypal.

My agent and he started the appropriate filing of the paperwork.

My agent said that Michael sent him the paperwork in a format that was unfamiliar to him and was in touch with Michael to get the right format so the documents could be utilized.

In the meantime the property listing went to Auction and we were unable to proceed.

In order to purchase the property in question Michael requested that I put in an additional $800.00 in order for him to put a bid in on the property because additional funding would be required.

I could not, simply did not have the additional funds.

I was able to stay in touch with Michael until July 4, 2015

He said he was sick, and I wished him well.

That was the last time I actually talked to him.

I am sorry now that I was so gulable 

I am disabled, 61 years of age, wanting to purchase a home for the first time in my life.

There are no resources out there for me to utilize my dream.

It is sad that people of Michael's character need to sustain their lives with deceit.
