amazon.com 21 watches.com in Walnut California I bought on amazon a rolex. send it to 21watches for repair, they received it .and don.t send it back walnut, California

I bought in february 2012 a rolex.watch for 5250 dollars on amazon.com on internet.     the watch which I payed to amazon. was send by 21watches.walnut california.    It did not work right, so I connected  amazon  who told me to contact by email the 21watches where they bought it. The 21 watches told me by email to send it to them to david pang .  18856  Amar rd  suite 9  Walnut  CA  91789. 

Postoffice gave me the paper that they received and signed the  09/07/2012   at 10.11  am . After 4 days I called them to knopw what was wrong with the watch.  and telephone, fax  and email are disconnected. I called Amazon again  and they told me first that they were still in contact with 21watches but on their connection number and that they would call me back , which they    never   did,

now last monday they told me they disconnect with 21watches in walnut and they are not responsable for nothing. So I went to the local police here, I contacted lawyers and nobody can help me . what can I do. ????The person can stay with the watch???and nobody can do anything, I don.ty want money, I simply want my property my watch back .thanks
