American Body Works 24-7 fitess is a rip-off norcross, Georgia

This report is directed to the American Bodyworks 24-7 fitness. I came in the facility more than a year ago, and only used the service about 2 months. The facility is a 24 hour business, so i went in one day with a friend during the evening, who was not a member of the club.

Maybe later that week my access card was not properly workin and had found out, the facility had cancelled my contract due to inviting a guess without permission. I had to pay an extra 50 dollars for my guest and thought my contract was over, as they stated, so i left.

After that year had past, the American Bodyworks facility contacted me stating that i have an overdue balance from my monthly payments and fees that i collected for non-payment. Which i thought was absurd because i have not step foot into the gym over a year. Seems as if the club as been charging my card the whole time every month.

I was not aware of this because my card was through my job and when i had left the job, of course the card was gone. so i was mis-informed when they went rhu the contract with me. I was told that it was a monthly membership and that i could stop anytime i did not realize, they were automatic billing my card.

So i was charged for over a year for membership to a place that cancel my membership and my card was denied access to the facility. Now i have 2 more months to pay because you need written notice 30 days prior and overdue fees. i have talked with the company but nobody seems to know anything or can do anything about the situation.

I informed them i haven't step foot into there facility over a year because my card was cancelled and asked them to look into there cameras and system to check and was told that it would not matter
