This company has damaged 12 large sofas all shipped at their highest level of service blanket wrap, can you imagine ruining sofas with blanket wrap service? To make it worse they never returned half them they have in their possession over 15k in furniture from our business gone for over 5 months, They deny claims don’t pay and steal and damage everything you give them. This is a real warning. To date American West who we had to use for a period of time from a third party contract has taken 25k from us. Naturally we are out this mess now after this much damage to our business. The manager Wes knows all about their actions and has not even stepped up to help us. They are as unethical as it gets.

We have been in business for over 20 years and have never had a complaint filed against us; legitimate or otherwise. We safely deliver over 20,000 fragile items each month to our valued customers nationwide. We are the preferred carrier of some of the most prestigious companies in the world. The accusations submitted in the July, 2014 complaint are completely false. The threatened criminal charges have never been made, however we would welcome the ability to defend ourselves in court, in the open and pursue liable and defamatory damages against what is completely untrue. We regret that someone would post an unsubstantiated claim against our respected company.

Just today I found that a 7k leather sofa we made by hand that they damaged and was supposedly being sent back to us is now gone for good. I know Wes Williams is sitting on it in his living room. These people American West Freight is the worst business I have eve ever dealt with, a criminal organization, and criminal charges are on their way! This bings the total stolen merchandise amount to 30k in just 4 months by American West Worldwide Express
