amica amica auto insurance non payment of claim for insured at fault ,, insured now being sued for what they have insurance for Internet

insured is clearly 100% at fault and amica wont pay the claim.
now we are left with having to sue the insured direct for the damages and injuries for the accident. and wait longer for an award for damages and exspenses while the driver at fault now has a lawsuit to deal with for what they paid insurance to cover.
i would not recomend amica to anyone, this company does not honor claims leaving the insured open to litigation!
