ANDREW CHAVEZ has not paid me in two weeks for full amount of what is owed for my time there Internet, Arizona

so i get the unfortunate pleasure if you will working a second time with ANDREW CHAVEZ however this is the first time he has oh how do you say this SCREWED ME OVER with pay he owes me 440 for two weeks worth of work. now sit back and let me tell you how i came bout working for him again i was waiting for a cab at the local grocery store and he pulls up in his grey mercedes car that is appreantly his wifes or father inlaws anyways he asked how i liked my job where i was currently at etc told him i liked it some but wasn't thrilled so he made me an offer of coming to work for him for $10.00 h/r  on a wkly pay .

so i get thru to my first pay which wasnt much but i found it odd that he paid me "under" the table for pay so next pay period happens and he sends me this text mind you he doesnt know i saved my texts so here it is "july 27th2011 621pm YOU ARE NOT WORTH MORE THAN MINIMUM WAGE....I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL YOU FRIDAY...KEEP BOTHERING ME AND I WILL NOT CALL YOU FRIDAY...""  ok mind you this is after not recieving my 2nd paycheck so i waited till the new friday i called him from an unblocked number and he says "geez you dont listen i told you i would call you the shift is not over yet july 29th 330pm" 

so i waited till bout 530 to see if he would call and no he doesnt so i pick up the phone and call him told him to bring what he owes to me at 8 pm ( mind you i take the bus gave self time to be home for what never happened) anyways i told him to contact me by seven pm to let me know when he was on his way.. sadly and not surprisingly he never called .  i did however kept calling him over and over again relentlessly and text messages as well .  so instead of answering his phone he sent me hateful text messages and at one time he felt it was in his best interest to tell me to go (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) so with that being said (believe me this is the short verson) 

i want to press charges agains not only for lack of payment that is due but also for emoitional distress and hard ship i plan on suing him 3x's the amount that is owed considering he backed out on his verbal off of 10.hr which in less then two weeks dropped me to min wage.  i want to sue him to the fullest extent of the law because if he doesnt get sued he will continue to to run off with peoples moneys and never pay them and will continue to get away with it, i also believe that i got stiffed as well due to orientation.... so if you are a lawyer please contact me asap i want this resolved quickly and timely thank you
