Hello im reporting this school because i paid like 9,383.00 for MCSA CERTIFICATION all this included fees,supplies,tools,books, from all that i just got books thats it nothing else. when i started school the teacher was teaching me A+n she always played games or n the internet .we didnt review the books like we had .didnt due no activity to learn hands on. we went through that book so quick. then i had another teacher for windows 7 which was worst .didnt go go page by page didnt answer the question at all. well the hole school was like that. i didnt learn what i wanted to learn. i went through 5-6 teacher even the director of the school was teaching n he even said he never teached before.

 i would want to get my money 9,383.00. im still waiting for my last book that i need. its been couples of weeks since i been asking for it n my licences. i think its not right that this school does this. i just feel he should not have a school if his going to run it like that. im not the only one not satisfied but i feel i deserve my money back  cause im not satisfied at al.l they included a laptop with my contract he was charging $900 dollars for it when i got the laptop. i went to best buy to see it it was a $350 laptop i exchanged it for a better one. all im asking is to see how could i due it to get that money back or see what i could due.
