 The did same thing happened to me.  I never received any letters or mail from this company.  First of all they never had my address and like a dummy I provided it to them.  I was checking my credit report when I noticed a collections negative reporting from Aragon Collections Agency.  They ILLEGALLY and UNETHICALLY "re-aged" the alleged debt.  I was afraid because I saw it was a collection agency and I made 1 payment, then I realized...what the heck am I doing.  First I never received a bill from either the original creditor nor this Aragon Agency to notify of the breakdown of the charges so that I could first validate the debt.  I had no idea what I was being charged for.  I then wrote a lenghty letter directly to Aragaon and to all 4 credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, Equifax, Innovis) informing them that I never received a breakdown of the original debt, fees, charges etc. Second this company reaged the debt.  Under the FDCPA a consumer has the right to first validate the debt.  I then asked the credit bureaus to have Aragon immediately stop any credit reporting until they provide me the HIPPA release form and all the original documents that they received from the creditor in which they bought the loan from, as so they stated, and a complete and detailed list all of the original charges, and fees.  BEWARE, this company is BOTTOM FEEDERS in the industry.  Send a certified letter for them to immediately cease contact with you in any form (mail, phone, mail, email, also send a copy of the letter to all 4 credit bureaus.
