I have had annual,recurring (at least 1 month out of every year),issues for five consecutive years now involving bunk excuses,and my son&I have suffered because of the BS.:/I have talked to other mothers receiving child support thru Arizona's DES Child Support Clearinghouse,who have experienced the same/similar, on-going problems every year.It's time we ALL bring the matter to our Arizona Govenor's attention ,appealing to his office for an in-depth investigation of what's really going on within the DES Child Support Clearinghouse Center and their linked,opperational account with Bank of America.The Bank of America collects intetest on ALL Child Support monies received on time,as well as all monies that are held/delayed,before payment.The amount of interest incurred from any/all Child Support payments witheld for more than one (1),business day,tallies in the THOUSANDS of dollars!!!Between the Bank of Arizona AND the Arizona Department of Economic Security,Child Support Division,such practice would be ILLEGAL and FRAUDULENT,(within any state department)!!...
