#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Lease fraud

AUTHOR: The driver - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, September 06, 2012

I signed up for the lease program in 12/2007 an THANK GOD for giving me the wisdom to see though the garbage central hauling/Cal-ark try hard to cover. First of all the lease trucks they sell are recycled Cal-ark trucks that have been driven in the ground an repaired by shade tree mechanics. They force you to get repair done in house if your account is in the negative status. An they say they are there to help the driver. At there shop they charge you a percentage less than the out side shop but the repairs are half done they pull parts from there salvage yard an charge these made prices. Although it is a walk away lease most drivers don't have the ability to purchase from a sell/dealer. The price tag on these old rundown trucks range from 1,200-2,100 per month. Drivers have a hard time paying off these garbage truck an they won't help you when your down. All they say is sign right here for a new piece of junk. That's there main cash flow. They give you a 24hrs warranty which is absurd. The program is designed to sell an illusion of being a business owner an they have been struggling to keep there business alive. No one in the entire staff is educated enough to advise anyone. There best advise for help is " can you make it to the yard ". There turn over rate is the highest I have ever seen or heard about in the history of transportation. They do business in tx. To cover up. Bottom line someone needs to join with me an stand up to these thieves an put an end to the way they attack the weak.
