I noticed a charge from Asentra Health last month on my credit card bill. I have had work done so I assumed it was about some hospital things. Then when I was charged a reoccuring charge of 39.95 again on the same date the next month I realized it was not something I had signed up for. I did not give them my information nor did I ask for extra health insurance. I contacted my credit card and they took care of the charges. BUT Asentra was very vague and unhelpful saying they could not tell me anything about my account due to confidentiality!? I was the name on the account and had not set it up but they couldn't tell me WHERE they were sending emails or letters or insurance cards, they wouldn't tell me anything! This is s scam!

Asentra Health is a preimer supplemental health care company that opperates in 49 states including Hawaii and Connecticut,
Asentra Health is sold through indepentant agents , in many circumstances in conjuction with Health Insurance or Life Insurance.
In many cases it is the indepentant agent group that collects the billing information for their clients.
We do maintan a updated database of active paid members for benefit admistation.
This person should have contacted their agent who had enrolled them.
