In my opinion, Asheville Ford Lincoln located at:

has incompetent leadership.  Josh Pisano finance manager including the general managers Bob Slebonick, Greg Melikian, and Michael Nicholson phone (828)253.2731 have all failed to cancel my extended warranty on a vehicle I purchased from there after I traded the vehicle back in March.  I provided all of the necessary documentation via email to JOSH PISANO back on 07 MARCH 2013.  It is now 21 OCTOBER 2013 and I have yet to receive my reimbursement,  The reimbursement is $470.

 

Tomorrow I am driving to the dealership from Gatlinburg, TN and hoping to get some answers in person without being arrested.  I am so furious that I have to drive 81 miles to deal with this in person after countless emails and phone communication with all of the incompetent individuals aforementioned, I'm afraid I am going to have the police called on me.  I'm 6'7" and 235 pounds and am a former college athlete.  If I am able to collect the money owed, I plan to use it on newspaper ads conveying my negative experience with Asheville Lincoln Ford. 

 

I would recommend that no one purchases a vehicle from this dealership.  They pretend to be right on top of things every time I get through to someone on the phone but they tell you something you want to hear, get you off the phone, and then never follow through.  Sound familiar?  What a joke.

Yesterday was quite an emotional day.  I was very upset b/c it seemed every time that I called to speak to someone in leadership at Asheville Ford, I identified myself and no one was available to take my calls.  I called 7 times over a 4 hour period.

I finally got on the phone with a guy that made everything right.  He was extremely professional and his name is Greg Melikian.  He turned my experience around so much that I take back everything I wrote yesterday.  He is a General Manager and I understand why.  A true professional. He took me from being so upset to wanting to buy future vehicles from Asheville Ford Lincoln.

There has to be something said these days about someone that will listen to their customer(s) and execute.  It never happens anymore.  During my initial dispute, I added everyone's name that was listed on Asheville Ford Lincoln's website as a manager b/c I felt like over the 8 months I've been trying to resolve the issue, I probably spoke to all of them at some point.  With the knowledge I have today, I can only say for certain that there were 2 of the names I put in the initial report that I spoke with in the last 8 months.  Greg Melikian was not one of them.

If I could take back everything I wrote yesterday, I would.  I had such an extremely positive experience working with Greg Melikian that I hate I can't delete my  initial dispute.  Again, Greg made everything right and the positive emotion from the resolution far exceeds the negativity surrounding the journey to get there.  

Thank you Greg Melikian and Asheville FORD LINCOLN.  I will be purchasing my vehicles there in the future b/c you made things right!
