att they lied about my phone, not going up and ,when it did,they said there system,goes ahead,make there own adjustment, no matter what,they say,I ask a few times,if it would,and was told no, ben having for almost a year,at one time,I told I did not want to be charge,for anything else,when my 300mb,was up they charge me,15.00dollars extra.on my bill, now,when someone,ask,not to add,nothing more,it happen,then refuse,to remove,the 15.00,when ,I ask for them too.then they remove me,off the auto.but charge me first.  atlanta Georgia

had problems with phone,about a year ago,to make me happy,and to keep me,they said,pick a phone,I said ok,then I did,when talking,to the customer service,I ask,will my bill go up,and was told no, I explain,I had a stroke,did not want my bill to go up,she confirm it,I said ok,sent me the phone and other things,with it,later on,the my bill went up,I called,and ask them why.I was told that,for that phone,it 40.00 more,we went around and around to fix it,then I told them I will drop our phone,in june,go some where else,about a month later,was called by att,to drop it by 15.00dollars, I said ok,then I told her,that no more going up,nothing more added,agree,now went over my 300mb,instead of cutting off data,to my phone,the system,added, the money,to my phone,I request,they remove,I was turn down,then I had to request,they take me off,the auto system,then they did.this is not the only time,they lied,that is another story,customer service,will say anything,to keep you,then blame it on the system,
