We ordered furniture from this company, thinking everything looked good - supposedly American, family-owned, personal, etc. However, as things proceeded, our furniture frames were held up at US Customs, our first indication that they were importing frames from China or Mexico or ?? Eventually (i'll spare you the details), the furniture arrived. Within weeks, most of the pieces fell apart with very little use. We've never had furniture fall apart in our 60+ years. We returned the furniture for repair. AUSTIN RANCH THEN KEPT BOTH OUR FURNITURE AND OUR MONEY. Wow. If you think it looks good on the website, BEWARE. Jonette, Telluride, CO

we are a family owned business that was established in 1983. All of our products are made in our facility and over seen by the founder Bill Yonavich
this complaint is entirely false. Our product has never been made in Mexico. The orider this customer is respnding to was never held up by customs She purchased the furniture through our customer who is an architect and designer In the USA
The delivery company mishandled the furniture and the customer waited 2 months to report damage. Delivery company would not honor her claim. At our expense we had furniture returnEd to our facility. We repaired all damage and did not charge customer. Upon inspection of furniture it was very clear the furniture had been damaged after shipment. Leather was torn, carved chairs had missing pieces, and frames were broken.
Austin Ranch has maintained a reputable company with excellent customer service. In over 30 years of being in business we have never had an issue with our product.
We have asked the customer to pay for return shipping and she refuses. The repaired furniture is in our warehouse.
