I wish I had read the Rippoff reports on these guys before I made the mistake of purchasing my 2007 Infinity M35x on July 12, 2009 at this facility.  I see they pulled the same trick on me that other consumers are complaining about.  When I went to purchased a car here that I had seen in the internet for $359.00/month with $3000 down payment; it became more like $700/month.  I said I could not afford this so I was about to leave when they asked me what was a comfortable payment for me. I told them I was not willing to pay more than $400/month with a $3000 down payment.  They extended the months to 84 and because of my credit score of 800 said they would get me a $496.37/month payment only for 6 month, and after that they would refinance and my payments would become $388/ month which I made them sign on it.  They also gave me a check for $600 to cover the extra $100 that I would be paying for the first 6 months.  That enticed me to buy the car as I believed their scam and that my payments would be below $400/month.  After the 6 months were up I contact Avi Eitan, the finacial officer, who basically said he could not help me and I would get stuck with the $496.37/month payment which is not what I agreed on.  They also made me buy a protection plan for my car which was suppose to start at the end of my manufactorer's warranty, but it commenced right away, making me loose an entire year of warranty. I confronted them many a times about this and they just kept putting me off saying they would take care of it; nothing done in 8 months.  I just spent $700 in changing my car's rear brakes because they sold it to me with basically no brakes as Infinity of Manhattan told me.  Don't make the same mistakes that myself and others in this site have made.  I'm a doctor and consider myself smart, but I got ripped-off by these con-artists.

Are you kidding me?

AUTHOR: dominicanjuan - (United States of America)

How can I complain?  Are you kidding me?  Maybe because you promised me a lower payment plan after 6 months and even gave me the money to make up the difference for those six months.  I would have rather you said that the $496/month was the lowest possible payment you could get me and I would have respected that and considered it.  However, you wanted me to take the car that Sunday so to satisfy my request of lower than $400/month, you made me believe that I was going to be paying $388/month after 6 months. Seriously, why did you have to lie?  That is my issue; its bad business. Thank God, I could afford the extra $100/month, unlike the other poor guy here that you did the same scam to and he ended up getting his car repossessed.  Its not fair to lie to customers about money especially in this economy just because you want to make a sale.  You guys need to consider people's sacrifices in making a big purchase such as a car, and not just your greedy interest of making a quick sale.  Regarding my warranty, you told me that since I had a year left on my manufacture's warranty, the purchased warranty would only begin after that period was over.  However, it begin from the date of purchase, thus, I'm loosing an entire year of warranty which I payed for.  I contact you about this multiple times and you said you would handle it.  You never did, I contacted the warranty company and they said they never received any request from you guys to correct the mistake.  So stop the lies.  Remember, money comes and goes, but your reputation will stay forever.  You may make tons of money now with these deceitful promises, but at the end it will catch up to you.  Run your business with integrity if you wanna last.

You are paying as low as can be, and at 84 months you are 1 of very few customers to paying a rate of 3.75%.  I say that loudly because that is an amazing interest rate.  I do not understand what kind of re-financing you could be requesting.  Why would you request to re-finance a four hundred and some dollars a month payment while being at 84 months at such a low APR of 3.75%.  You stated you are a Dr. and that you are knowledgeable of financing but got ripped off.  Where did we rip you off?

I reviewed your file more than once, I cannot find a single problem with this deal, not even a problem that I could find from a customers stand point.  You have a beautiful FICO score, If anyone could get re-financing of some sort for you you would have been able to do so.  I think you understand it more than anything.  Could it be that you just posted here because other people have?

Nobody can force you to purchase a warranty for any car.  It is your option to purchase, and your option to pay for it.  I don't see how anyone could have forced you into buying your warranty.

If you think that you can get a payment lower than that please show us how, and we would be more that helpful in assisting you with the process of switching lenders.  Until then I do not see how you could complain.
