Auto Glass 4 Less LLC AKA All Glass Pro Installations LLC Stole Money, Never Delivered Product and Service, Advertising Suspended License Tempe Arizona

Please read in full and beware of any Craigslist ads, service websites, etc for residential, commercial, auto glass repair or service by Terry Velarde. Current LLC’s include: Auto Glass 4 Less LLC based in Tempe and All Pro Glass Installations LLC with a Gilbert or Chandler address. Partners include Melissa Velarde and Attila Farkas of Nevada. On June 5, 2013, I contacted All Pro Glass (Terry Velarde) for a quote to purchase and install a shower door for my home via an ad off of Craigslist he had posted on June 5, 2013. Terry and I exchanged a couple of emails on June 5th. We agreed upon a time to come out on June 6th and take measurements of my bathroom for the shower door I needed. Terry arrived to my house and after taking several measurements, he wrote up a invoice. Terry said the door would take 3-5 business days and he needed a 50% deposit for materials. I provided Terry with a personal check and received my copy of the invoice.

I contacted Terry via text message on June 11th with no reply and then Wednesday, June 12th, via email to ask him for an update. This was 3-5 business days as explained to me in email. In addition to the email, I also called the phone number he provided me on the invoice of 480-309-6129 at 6:59pm. He emailed me back on June 13th and stated to my request, “When the glass comes in they send me an email with PO# saying that my order is ready for pick up. As soon as they notify me I will call you and schedule with you.” Giving Terry the benefit of doubt, I waited patiently. Then on Monday June 17th, I texted Terry again at 10:54am asking for an update on the door. I again called Terry’s phone at 6:27pm to find out what was going on and left him a voicemail. I again emailed him at 6:28pm asking him to call me. Around 6:45pm on June 17th, Terry emailed me back that “your glass will be in any day I will set a time for install they are a little backed up”. After not hearing from Terry, I sent him an email on June 24th stating that if he did not have something by Wednesday June 26th to please bring me a refund and cancel the order. I received no response so I called him 6 times on June 25th only to get a voice message that he was unavailable. Each time I called, the phone would ring different times as if the call was being screened and sent to voicemail. I sent Terry a text and noted this was my final attempt to reach him. I sent him the same corresponding email along with my phone number again.

I begin to research info about All Pro Glass and “Terry V” as he wrote on my invoice and then came across numerous websites, companies, phone numbers, addresses, and personal Facebook pages. On his All Pro Glass Installations LLC paperwork was listed Melissa Velarde. Here is when I discovered Melissa’s Facebook page after searching for her name. I then found her name and “married” status with Terry Velarde (picture matched) and chose to send her a message via Facebook. On June 26th at 8:43am I sent her a message with my disgust of the transaction and how I demanded a refund and someone to call me.

At 3:36pm on June 26th I received an email back from Melissa stating her husband had heart problems and she needed to close the business down and refund customers. She asked I provide her information to which I sent her a copy of the invoice and details. At 3:47pm I responded requesting her to call me as if there was truly a medical emergency, I would understand. Again at 4:38pm I requested a call and received nothing. The following morning at 8:52am I again replied to the email and asked for an update and did not get a reply. I tried to call his phone several times during the day on June 26th and June 27th with no answer. In addition to the phone number he provided me of 480-309-6129, I also tried to call his other phone numbers as listed on his different company web sites. This includes: 480-246-1064, 480-720-8054, and 480-319-5460. None of my calls were answered or returned.

It has now been 30 days since our first contact and although as a business owner myself, I can understand situations you don’t have control over or issues. However, none of my communication has been returned to find out why or what is going on with the purchase. If Terry was truly in bad health, then him posting on his Facebook page on June 26th at 2:14pm that he joined MySpace does not coincide with his inability to return any of my previous requests. In addition, Melissa Velarde posted on her Facebook page on April 27th a picture of her partying. This is not about money but the principle of stealing.
