autoloss DIMINSHED VALUE WESTIN, Florida

I believe in the case of this complaint, full monies were returned to you by Monica Fisher at AutoLoss.com   

My defense of Autoloss.com is based upon my successful Diminished Value Claim that would have been a nightmare of learning, without the help of Autoloss.com  

She had my report prepared, sent me a draft and requested any tweaks or corrections.  I found 2 minor things, sent them back to Monica.  I received an updated report next day.  I was furnished sample cover letter in Word format that I was able to edit and inject my own words and hopes for resolution.  

I wanted to submit the report to the State Farm Claims department, myself.  I felt that my submission of the report would demonstrate that I am in control of my own destiny, even though I needed a little bit of help from a professional appraiser to prepare a report with the right details.   I recently filed a Diminished Value claim for my new 2012 Cadillac SRX in pristine condition, garage kept, with under 2400 miles.   My car and I were victims of a hit and run on Main Street in Grangeville Idaho. 

Next day after I emailed the cover letter and Diminished Value report, I received a call from the State Farm Claims Adjuster for my Diminished Value Claim.   She was firm but courteous, and our conversation made it apparent that I knew the facts, was a victim, had a new vehicle that was bashed from a hit and run.  

I'm not sure why a complaint would be filed with RipoffREport.com for AutoLoss.com when you received a good report.     A ripoff is different. Thats when a fraudster takes your money with nothing given in return.  In this case you were given a report, AND possibly, you were given your money back.   

"Expecting" seemed to be the keyword in this complaint.  Did you assume?  Or did you ask if AutoLoss.com was going to negotiate your claim with Progressive?  Do you think your lack of initiative might have been the problem.  The report is exceptional, thorough, very comprehensive.   Maybe you dropped the ball. 

Please, anyone reading this complaint should know, AutoLoss.com is a reputable company with caring professionals who help many many consumers, like me, to successfully negotiate a payoff for Diminished Value.    I'm a very happy customer of AutoLoss.com
