BC-Casino is a great little scam where if you have a any kind of issue both the phone and live chat will be of no help what so ever. I initiated a withdrawal of a good chunk of Bitcoin out of my account after playing for a bit and winning a good amount. What happened afterwards can only be described as the worst customer service in the history of Bitcoin and mankind. I noticed that BC-Casino were stalling my withdrawal and decided to find out why. Both phone and live chat were of no help. I kept getting auto-responders when I tried to email them with my concerns and have also heard nothing. Amazingly enough soon after I complained the withdrawal happened, but for some reason the Bitcoin did not appear in my wallet. To say that I was confused is an understatement. BC-Casino withdrew the money out of my account into someone else’s wallet. How crazy is that? Support told me that they had no idea what happened and that I must have entered the wrong wallet address by mistake. Now, I hate scammers like BC-Casino, but I hate such accusations even more. I know for a fact that I entered the right address and the fact that they were trying to insinuate that it was my own fault is what made me brand them as a scammer. Someone from their staff has pocketed my Bitcoin and I am being blamed and called stupid. Come on now. Nobody in their right mind would do any such thing and I am positive I was in my right mind when I submitted the withdrawal request. I am now missing almost 20 BTC and nobody can help me. In fact, BC-Casino has been SO unhelpful that I will gladly label them a scammer.
