Bought 2 good Dunlop Tires.  They came wrapped in plastic and strongly bound in nylon plastic strapping tape.  It was invisible under plastic.  Bound so tightly that the tread of one tire separated along a 5 inch seam at each of the 4 bindings.

When getting ready to install, the over-tight binding damage found.

Sent them a photo while a nickel coin inserted into the gap.

This guy has maybe 18,000 sales on Ebay and can't bring themselves to stand behind thier own damage.
