Bid Cactus had over 158 complaints with BBB and are rated D. Despite this dispicable rating they do not do anything to correct their unlawful and deceptive business practices. I have won items from their auction site as far back as 01/02/13.
The company does not ship the items or refund the money. I have made numerous calls to their customer service department. It is hard to believe how much they lie. I have been told repeatedly shipments are on there way. But it has been over ten months.
They owe me over $2000 worth of merchandise. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Conneticut Attorney General and US Internet Fraud. I would hope that someone could to some thing to stop this companies deceit before they rip more consumers off. This companies President, Michael Shaw should be ashamed and I believe prosecuted.
