My experience was horrible, prurchased almost $2000.00 in furniture with a warranty that was an additional $200 or something. I purchased in 9/2015, I received a dirty ottoman and a loveseat with a broken leg that the delivery guy jimmied back on and the crappy craftsmanship of the whole livingroom set combined. It is now August 2016, I've been ignored even though I was told they would replace all the furniture, I just keep getting the run around, for almost a year now. They are dishonest, the furniture is overpriced and they do not stand by their warranty. The metal pieces in the sofa and loveseat have broken through and the ottoman broke when my boyfriend sat on it. 6 foot 210 lbs. along with a broken leg and crappy craftsmanship a warranty I paid for that was never honored. They own the Henderson location also. Elaine just keeps ignoring all my emails and phone calls, the owner never cared to investigate this and said everything was fin because I signed for it. The moral of all this is go else where to purchase your furniture like RC Willey.
