 We went to Bizar & Doyle for their chapter 13 services. We paid $700 upfront and paid for two online courses we had to take. Joseph Doyle promised us that we would take care of everything. The information they requested of us was given to them in a timely manner. 3 days before our court date he requested copies of paystubs that we had already emailed to them from the payroll dept 3 weeks earlier. He claimed that those paystubs weren't telling him anything and that the trustee would not except those. I asked him why would he tell me this 3 days prior to the court date and he responded angrily that he requested it when we first filed and I said yes you did and we emailed you and you waited 3 weeks to tell me those weren't unacceptable which was a lie cause these reports came straight from HR dept. He just wanted to cover their a** for not working on our cause till the last minute in turn the trustee dismissed our case after he said he had this under control and we didn't have to appear in court.
