Bob's Classic Auto Glass Parts supplied do not fit the vehicle they were ordered for. Blackly Oregon

I ordered window moulding for a chevrolet PU. the molding that I received did not fit the vehicle properly. I call and talked to the owner Bob. He is the biggest jerk that I have ever encountered. Everything he says is untrue and almost ever word that comes out of his mouth is vulgher. The molding was to short and so I called him to see if he could get it in a longer size.. He then tried to berate  me and told me that any six year old could install the molding,I told him that it was installed but that it was to short to even reach the bottom of the glass. He then said to stretch it. I told him you know that it cannot be stretched . He then said then order it from someone else I don't want anything else to do with you. During this whole tirade every other word was a curse word. How such a jerk could be in charge of a business is beyond me .I would never order anything from this company again and would recommend that everyone should refrain from doing busioness with this company.
