The company claimed they offered me technical support to resolve the issue, but took hours of my time, transferred me several times, and dropped my calls each time. I believe it was intentional. Since I could receive no technical support, I returned the phone and all the accessories to the local retailer, Radio Shack. Radio Shack told me I would have to go through Boost Mobile to get a refund on the air time.
I was in contact with Boost Mobile through the BBB. Boost refused to do anything about the problem, but said they appreciated my concern, and were sorry for my inconvenience. This is how they apologized for the theft of my $50.00. I told them that they were thieves and what they were doing was crooked and unethical. They really don't care, and refuse to refund my money. BBB couldn't get anywhere with them either, and just closed the case.
There is no reason why Boost Mobile should be entitled to a $50.00 donation. In good faith I did business with them, but as a single parent, I can't afford a rip off like this.
I believe this company should acknowledge the fact that they are in the wrong and refund my money like any reputable, honest company.
Thank-you.

Boost Mobile Powered by Nextel did not work at all. I lost $50 for minutes I can't use because the service is so POOR, its pathetic! I want my money back ASAP. I am also filing a complaint with the FCC for this terrible rip off service they are charging me for. I WANT MY REFUND OF $50 IMMEDIATELY!
