Braker Masters. Worthless warranty. It only covers the pads, not any of the labor involved. This company shows a consistent pattern of insisting on doing UN NECESSARY repairs at a very over priced rate. Much like other franchise repair shops, this is how they make a profit. My advice os to NEVER PATRONIZE outfits like this. Find a good local INDEPENDENT repair shop and pay them a FAIR PRICE for their time and skills.

I would not take my BICYCLE to BRAKE MASTERS AKA BRAKE SHEISTERS.

What is your problem? Did you not read the service agreement BEFORE having the work done? It is CLEARLY STATED what the terms of the warranty are how they apply to YOU.

Unnecessary work done? Proof please. Ridiculous claims without PROOF are what is wrong with our society. Such claims make resolving REAL ONES very difficult.

Cough up the proof - or - you are simply hot air. Get the idea?
