 First time i called had leave message, second time I was on live chat that timed out twice. I should of known by the customer service there. When I talked to them I was assured I would have my product in a week. I placed the order On Friday saying it will ship on Monday. LIE..... This did not ship until the following Wednesday.  Tuesday I called asking were tracking number is? I get I don’t know that’s a head scratcher... well find out. I will look into it. 24 hours later no call i had to call back again.  Then I wanted to cancel my order they are threatening me a restock fee of $50.00 apiece.  I said good luck. I will contact the BBB, RIP OFF and price grabbers..  So here i am . 1) there reviews on line are fabricated and if they are real they only put good ones up   2) Do not ever call choose any option other than one.   one being sales two being return three being if you have questions. ..  2,3 you are on hold for 10 minutes then go into voicemail no one ever calls you back .  I have called at least 10 times average hold time 8 minutes or longer. The customer service is horrible , rude , degrading and they are very combative.  I WILL make sure no one I know from FB , LINKEDIN, twitter, Snapchat , Instagram knows how bad they truly. UPDATE product not that impressive cheap feel and not worth hassle.
