C & F Printing & Graphics has stolen my clients product and refused to pay.  Bill Kuenkele makes promises to pay, then he will lie about it, refuse to rerspond, and steal your poroducts.  I have 1 open claim against him for 1039.42, due to a Die Supply client of mine. C & F Graphiocs has not even made any payment plans, or offers to settle, Bill Refuses to pay, refuses to respond, and I want to warn other vendors of this THEFT of Product.  in hopes that this company does not rip off other vendors.
