Thay sent me a email saying it should be with me within 15days. No steam mop no email from them.so i called there contact number off the web site but it was unavailble so tryed a few more times but no luck.i then sent a email to them asking how long it would be till i recived my order.i waited 48hours for a reply but nothing.tryed calling again today but same old thing.i think its disscusting that companys like this can take your money and ignore you. I will never use or advise anyone to use carllen.com. Ever.
