I order a battery extender case for my samsung galaxy s6 edge plus and it doesn't work. I've been trying to days to reach someone via email to get an RMA number so that it can be sent back for refund and no one is responding. They don't even have a phone number for you to call. Customer service is terrible and it's only evident that they want you money with no returns. Scam.......don't buy!
