 Sales rep late for appointment by 27 minutes. Says that she will be your interface with the processor. Said she will beat the service you currently have. Said the 2 month old Nurit 8020 was obsolete! (The truth is that their company doesnt support Nurit, not that it is obsolete, just their inability to interface with that brand.) Failure to provide even an offer of equal service, Could not meet or beat, yet their webpage says they pay $100 if they cannot do so. Well, I have email proof that they cannot, and called about the poor service I had received, since Dana did not follow through with a phone contact after failing to meet my currrent provider's terms.

After requesting her superior's number 3 times, I pointed out to her that a professional would have given me the number rather than argue with me. She terminated the call.

Called her home office to complain about the abominable service and attitude of this poor sales person. Talked with Tim, one of her supervisors. He listened, apologized, says he would work on the problem, offered a roll of thermal paper for our swipe machine as a consolation. What a lousy bride to stay quiet about their bad service.

Then, I talked with Travis, the Big Boss?? Seems the apple does not fall far from the tree. He interrrupted, said he had other customer meetings he needed to get too, and since "I was not a customer, he felt he did not have to work on the problem."

Who would want to be a customer and trust this circus to handle our processing. During the conversation, he said that our corporation had filed legal actions against our current processor (absolutely a false, fictional statement). We have accepted credit cards since 1988 and have never filed a Small Claims action against our processors, vendors, or even our customers. And this is public record available on an internet search. So where did this fiction come from?? Maybe Dana scrambling to cover her many failures?

Card Concepts deserves to be ignored, hung up on, and have any account with them terminated before they do a malfiance job on your business.

Do not deal with them, unless you want to be blamed for their own lack of competence. A very unprofessional company dealing out absurdity right and left.

Late for appointments, failure to return calls timely,lying about equipment, failure to follow thru, fictional stories on their end, and no concern by upper managment about the many foibles presented by their staff. And failure to even follow thru on their own promise on their website.

Do not trust these folks. There are thousands of other processors, many are honest. Put this company in the trash bin where they belong, just like we have.

Did not miss appointment. Yes, Dana was 27 minutes late! Wrote the time down on her arrival. And they really were about the same in rates.


Do not deal with amatuerish company!  You will be sorry.  Use a Square like device on a cell and really save all the hasstles. 


And her boss. Did not want to deal with the loss of a potential customer since we had not obligated ourselves to them via a contract. Great support of his questionable sales team and their tactics.


Great example of a Buyer Beware situation. Just warning you about their lousy service.

I work for Card Concepts, and this "complaint" is not even close to what really happened.

First, when the CSR arrived for the first appointment, the owner was a no show and didn't even bother to call our office to inform us that he was not going to be available. The CSR drove a good distance for this appointment. At least show up when you say you will.

When the CSR arrived the second time, she was a bit late but not 27 minutes late. Hey at least she wasn't a no show! And when she arrived for this appointment the first thing the owner did was bash her because she was driving an Escalade. What does it matter what the CSR was driving? Also, the owner didn't have his statement available for an anaylysis and wouldn't make a copy of one so an analysis could be performed in our office to see what rates we could provide.

This "claim" is 100% bogus! After the abuse that our company took from this owner, we are in a way glad he is not one of our customers. He is very abusive to our rep, to our staff on the phone and was just a plain jerk. He had OK rates from his current processor, but we could have saved him a bit and provided local service. By not even having his statement available says a lot about him. If this owner was put under a lie detector test about this incident, he would fail.

In all of the years of our company in providing services to our customers, this is the only one on this report? And it's not even from an actual customer. Take his assessment of what happened with a grain of salt.
