 You should beware of Cardinal Management Group in Virginia and Florida.  Steve Gugen and his bosses Jonathan Sucher and Mazzie are corrupt property managers.  They collect fees and bully residence on a daily basis.  If something is broken, they will not fix it but put letters on you door, send certified letters, call you constantly, and send horible emails.

 

Steve Rugen is a used call sales man.  Look it up..... No surprise.
