Carribean Cruise Lines -Bahama Celebration Sold a Florida / Bahamas vacation Internet

I was called by this cruise line offering a great deal for a cruise/land vacation.  It was only available on that call because they were limiting each package so I needed to sign up now.  It offered a 3 day 2 night stay to Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale with an option to cruise to the Bahama's for 3 days 2 nights. This cost was $805 total and HE SAID I could cancel anytime with full refund!  I called the phone number after they set up my vacation & talked with "specialists" 3 separate times after booking & paying my cruise to get more details, each time verifying I could cancel my cruise at any time.  They said as long as I use it in the time frame (18 mths). 

Now it has been 60 days and I wanted to possibly cancel my cruise and use that money for another vacation and they are saying that it has been past the 3 day refund allotment and also UTAH doesnt' allow refunds.  They never explained this before nor mentioned that there were any "state" rules on refunds.  This company is a hoax and only give you basic information and lies. They tried to tell me they had it recorded that it was stated by the rep that it was non-refundable. I asked them to play that recording and they transferred me to a supervisor who gave me the "state" law excuse, completely changing the subject from the recording excuse. 

They lie to you and then when you want your money back they say they can help you with the airfare to help with the cost of the vacation because "they can save you money by discount everything." Always trying to scam you out of more money. Don't ever buy anything from someone coming to you! Whether on the phone or to your house.  There is a reason they are coming to you!
